Creamed Goat Cheese with Fresh Herbs
serves 8-10

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Process the parsley, tarragon and chives until minced, then set aside.
  2. Process the cream cheese, whipping cream, goat cheese and pepper until smooth. Season to taste.
  3. Add the herb mixture to the cheeses and process until well mixed.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until mixture is of spreading consistency.
  5. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with pumpernickel bread.
